Our goal is simple: to help readers make better decisions about technology and the products they buy. This Editorial Policy explains how we choose topics, research and write articles, and keep our content accurate and independent.
Our mission
Review4Buy publishes independent reviews, comparisons, buying guides, and how-to articles that are clear, practical, and honest. We write for real people who want to know what is worth their money and time — not for advertisers or search engines.
Choosing what to cover
We cover products and topics that we believe our readers care about: popular devices, new launches, common problems, and questions readers send us. We also cover products that are worth knowing about even if they are not heavily advertised.
How we research and review
Every article is based on careful research. Depending on the topic, this includes:
- hands-on use of the product where possible, over a realistic period of time;
- manufacturer specifications and official documentation;
- independent test data and expert sources;
- comparison with competing products at similar prices; and
- reader feedback and long-term reliability reports.
When an article is based on research rather than hands-on testing, we say so. We explain why we recommend something, including the downsides and who a product is not right for.
Ratings and recommendations
Scores and "best" picks are the judgment of our editors, based on performance, features, value for money, and reliability in the product's price range. A product's rating may change if it gets important software updates, price changes, or better competitors appear.
Independence
- Our editorial team decides what we publish.
- Brands and advertisers cannot pay for a review, a rating, or inclusion in a list.
- Brands do not see or approve our articles before publication.
- If a manufacturer provides a product for review, that does not affect our verdict, and we say so in the article where relevant.
- Sponsored content is always clearly labelled "Sponsored" and kept separate from our independent reviews.

Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to help us work faster — for example to research topics, produce first drafts of guides and explainers, suggest headlines and summaries, and check grammar. AI never publishes anything on its own. Every article is read, edited, fact-checked and approved by a human editor before it goes live, and that editor takes responsibility for it.
AI-assisted drafts come with a list of specific facts (such as prices, specifications and dates) that the editor must verify against official sources before approval. We do not use AI to invent personal experiences, test results or quotes, and hands-on reviews of individual products are written by people.
Accuracy and updates
We check facts before publishing and review popular articles regularly to keep them up to date. Each article shows its publication date, and important updates are noted. If we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and transparently — see our Corrections Policy.
Authors and accountability
Every article shows the name of its author, and each author has a profile page listing their work. Articles may also be reviewed by an editor before publication.
