Corrections Policy
Last updated:
We aim to be accurate in everything we publish. When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and openly. This policy explains how.
Reporting an error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, outdated information, or a broken link, please email editorial@review4buy.com with:
- the address (URL) of the article;
- what you believe is incorrect; and
- if possible, a source that supports the correction.
You can also leave a comment on the article. We read every report.
How we handle corrections
- An editor reviews the report and checks the facts against reliable sources.
- If the report is correct, we update the article as soon as possible.
- For significant errors — ones that change the meaning of the article or a recommendation — we add a correction note to the article explaining what was changed and when.
- Minor fixes, such as spelling mistakes, broken links, or formatting, may be made without a note.
Updates vs. corrections
Technology changes quickly, so we also update articles when products receive new software, change price, or are replaced. These updates are not corrections of errors, but where they change our recommendation we mention it in the article.
What we don't change
We will not remove or change accurate content because a company or individual dislikes it. Requests to remove content are considered only if the content is inaccurate, unlawful, or puts someone at risk.
